He is a  post graduate in Computer Science from Pondicherry Engineering College, and served as Director of Quality Assurance and Testing at Talisma, Siebel and Agile Software Systems and has occupied various technical and management positions at Wipro, Novell, Talisma and Agile Software . He has delivered talks on testing at international conferences both in India and abroad, such as QAI-Indiaa, AsiaSTAR-2002 ( Melboune, Australia), PSQ/PSTT-2003 (Washington, USA), SPIN(Chennai), STEP-IN and STeP-AUTO. He is also currently the convener of the quality forum at the Bangalore Chamber of Industries and Commerce (BCICI ). He authored the best selling book, “ Software Testing : Principles and Practices,1/e “ ISBN:817758121X, published in 2006.
